I am excited to bring exceptional service and experiences to my clients and share the best of what I know about wine, food, and hospitality.

I have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. My passion for wine began while serving a tasting menu at Yours Truly restaurant as I pursued a postgraduate degree at Humber College. I then joined the team at Actinolite Restaurant, where I served as General Manager and Beverage Director for eight years.

Actinolite’s ever-changing 7 course menu challenged me to curate pairings that went beyond the classics, featuring a diverse range of wines, from traditional selections to more interesting and obscure choices. During this time, I also completed my WSET Level 3 training and refined my ability to design thoughtful, unconventional pairings that elevated the dining experience.

Wine Expertise

In 2022, I joined the SARA restaurant team as Head Server, and soon after, I took on the role of Manager and Wine Director. However, after just over a year at SARA, I suffered a massive stroke. Against all odds, I recovered and returned to work, embracing a renewed focus on health, balance, and purposeful living—something I believe the hospitality industry greatly needs.
